Quantum computing stocks tumble after Nvidia CEO says "very useful" quantum computers are 20 years away

So many investors having to be told this says what about investors?

Well to be fair, Nvidia has been doing AI since the 2010s. But then came ChatGpt and BOOM its stock started going up. When it tripled from its 2022 lows most tech geeks sold it cause, well, it tripled in just a few months. But it just kept going up and up as everyone and their cat started buying Nvidia.

Most investors, including institutional investors, don't know companies that well.

Dont be so sure. There are plenty of promised tech that would revolutionize the field and by implication the world, but after the news, nobody ever heard anything about it. If we also take into account that people have very short attention span it make sense why so many throw those news so easily.

These news dont mean anything in the real world, only in the imaginary ones, aka for the gullible, to keep them feed that the higher ups are working and caring for them.
And the UK government are going to spend vast sums of money on datacentres that can help AI detect potholes. Don't believe me, check it out: they also promised a bunch of other thing that we already have, but this is the only innovation!
